Big long syringe purchased.
In the future, take this or similar email to walgreens or walmart pharmacy and show them what you need a syringe for and show some pics of your tank. Theyll happily sell you one for 25 cents as they did for me and a couple of friends in the hobby

Well, whatever it was, it’s in the trash. The top was hard. Couldn’t penetrate with the blunt tip syringe. But was able to wiggle it loose. Zoas look happier now.
