Has anyone ever seen this on a bi colored angelfish? It looks like it has some kind of disease.

Sorry - I just happened to see your post, I normally just review the fish disease forum.

That could be head and lateral line erosion (HLLE). Did it come on suddenly, or over time? If it showed up all at once, then it isn't HLLE, and could be a bacterial infection from a scrape.
