What’s wrong with my torch?

I picked up this torch at reefapalooza in September 2024 and it had long flowing tentacles but now for some reason they shrank and got fat and i don’t know what’s wrong with it but it’s the only torch i have that’s doing that

How’s the flow in this area ? May be too rough

It’s not too rough there’s other torches near by but not touching but they’re fine
