So I managed to source some Bayer for an infestation of parasitic copepods. With fully stagnant growth for almost 12 months on some Acropora species it was time. Got the microscope out and found them pretty quickly. Seem to be very particular with species they infest which was interesting. I also found an adult holding eggs which suggests to me there was a chance they keep the eggs until hatching. Anyway Bayer did an amazing job. When used correctly and safely I can thoroughly recommend it for these critters. Picked up a bag of potassium chloride to try too but have yet to use it.
