Yes because the spectrum allows this . But if the corals are small and get to high PAR more then 350 then the corals will grow slower . But at same time need to look very much of the water parameters. So always better to go slow . Beside ch3 not look so strong to the human ayes but for corals it creat photosynthesis 3 time more . Because it part of chlorophyll a . So this channel I recommend not to pass 60% . I also recommend to use strong clouds. It help to exchange oxygen and improve color .My recommendation would be to start with acclimation mode ramping up and down for 10 to 12 hours. What I have found with Orphek vs. some of the other lights I have owned is that you should be able to eventually ramp up to between 80 and 100% on all channels, if you want, without bleaching anything.
Do you have any light schedule recommends for a shallow(24" x 20" x 12") LPS tank? And what's the hanging hight should be? I'm using the compact. ThanksYes because the spectrum allows this . Hey Ofir, will adding OR bars to my 2x Atlantik V4 benefit much to blue colours and actinic "pop" during daylight hours? I want to provide the full spectrum the V4s offer but prefer the deeper blue when only channel 2.For example :
This client found that after install 2 or 2 bars
In one week the DHK drop very much
I recommend that thy can act as clouds . Use time and turns them on 30 minutes then 15 off .Hey Ofir, will adding OR bars to my 2x Atlantik V4 benefit much to blue colours and actinic "pop" during daylight hours? So they are still not controllable with dimmers?I recommend that thy can act as clouds . Use time and turns them on 30 minutes then 15 off .
At this moment only on/ off so you should use a timer . But we are working on extra part that can be add after . A small box that will contact to the app . This small box will enter btw the power supply and light body .So they are still not controllable with dimmers?

Are you able to take par measurements? This was sent to by James at Orphek. I made only a few changes. Starting ch's 2,3 and 4 at 8am . My tank is 36L X 18W X 16H the light are approx 12" off the water. I have the Atlantik V4 gen2 light. My tank is sps only with one exception. I have an Elegance coral. My corals are / were browning and this is what James recommended as a lighting schedule. I would like to see some of the tanks with this light. I have only had my light for month or so. Was using a DIY before this. Thanks.
