What Angel is this

Found this Angel at my local Ace Hardware, I was shocked too. Its named a Kenyan Angel but can't seem yo find anything under that name, it's fat and health looking.

Can anyone tell me what it is

Looks like a juvenile Chrysurus Angelfish.

Fits with the name they gave you as they are "African"

Yes I was just as shocked, they also have a large blond naso, 2 purple tangs, and an adult color queen
