What are Online Retailers and LFS missing?

Dear fellow hobbyists,

What are online retailers missing? How about your LFS? Would you prefer more captive bred and aquacultured options? How about more small business manufactured products? Sharks or rays? Subscriptions to purchase maintenance materials at a discount and delivered to your door on schedule? Specialty items?

I would love to know what your thoughts are and if their is a void or niche large enough to compete with the marinedepots of the world.

How about a LFS to start with!:D I live in a town of 120,000 and we don't even have one... just Petco. And our Petco here is worthless for saltwater livestock. I have to drive 2 hours to Chicago if I want livestock.
