bluewave 7's, overdrives bulbs to about 300watts. Not sure if the Galaxy overdrives or not. The lumatek is supposed to overdrive a little. I have one on my frag tank and it looks very close to the bluewave magnetic HQI.

I got my generic Dual 250w electronic ballast from China off of ebay for $60 shipped and couldn't be happier. I run my 14k Phoenix and it has worked flawlessly going on two years. I figure all the other mftg probably get them from China and just slap their sticker on it.
