What are the better foods>

So Im looking to get some new Fish foods and there is ton's out there. Could some one point me in the direction of the better fish foods? I keep wrasses and tangs mostly.

I have used this stuff for about 2 months now and it LOVE it. I have never been a fan of frozen foods but I have fed Rod's food before and I get a better feeding response from my fish and corals from this stuff.

I'm new but I've had good success with Rod's Food.

AS a staple i use OMEGA ONE marine flakes for 5 years now.tangs never got lateral line. All my fish love it. Even the potters wrasse. And as frozen i use RODS and OMEGA ONE Mysis.

Rogers reef food. A little pricey but everything goes crazy for it. My tangs, clowns and corals all eat it. Brought out my rbta colors too.

Rods food.. It has pretty much is every other food out there. I have been at his place while he made this stuff before. I like the orgional, it feeds all fish and coral and they all love it. Plus Rod is a good guy and been in this hobby forever.

My whole tank goes nuts and my mandarin ate his first prepared meal the other day when I introduced reef caviar... My Lps and fish go nuts even my sps showed better pe for a minute it was really weird... My scolly and acans have feeders out all day every day now..:tongue:
