What are these on this torch?

Those holes make me think something like an xmas worm, Spirobranchus giganteus, when closed. If left alone and still do they open up at all?
 
The red things are foraminifera and should be hard and have little spikey hairs, they also come in white. Very common on Pacific wild rock back in the day. Harmless filter feeders.

Those holes....maybe some type of boring sponge?

They haven't moved at all, looks exactly like it does in the picture
 
Post 22 image looks like a bud from the torch itself, if it fluoresces under light I'd say that's what that is.
