What are these orange bumps on my clove polyps

So I’ve have this colony of coves for about 3 months now and they have just been blowing upppp. Like growing like crazy. But I just noticed tonight these little orange bumps. Does anyone know what they could be, has anyone seen anything like this before and should I be worried

Also to note. I have got 1 blue tang. 1 scopas tang and 1 rockhopper blenny. A few starfish a red banded shrimp and a hermit crab. Ooh and a few turbo snails
