What are these please, Planaria worms??

Hi can anyone help, ive just noticed some ti y white "things" on the glass of my marine aquarium. They are tiny, id say only a couple of mm long and not even a mm wide.
If I zoom in they seem to have a black line down the centre and points on the sides of their heads, they move quick as well, very quick if its a worm?

I can’t see the video but probably copepods. Do they look like little bugs?

if so they are a really good part of the clean up system in your tank

If they are worms I believe the clear ones are not bad guys? Hopefully someone can correct me if I’m wrong .. @KJ

A good way to tell if it’s a copepod is look really closely and see if you can see their legs on the bigger ones

The antennas indicate this is a sea slug and that of the Sacoglossan group.
Copeods have antennas too but more fiber-like
