What are these things on my rock and anemone?

I have been posting on another thread I started about my anemone troubles. Today I saw what looks like fluff or eggs inside of the anemone near it's mouth. The anemone is still acting near dead, but I just found more of those spots on a rock when I was rearranging. Anyone know what they are?? Almost all of the snails in my tank have been laying eggs in my tank, is it possible these are snail eggs? I removed both from the tank for now.

Looks like image #2 is Tunicates.
Image #3 is an anemone showing Mesenterial Filaments, often a sign of stress, in other words not a good sign.
