The 4th photo from the top shows an aptasia/majano anemone. That is a pest that you want to get out of the tank before it multiplies. Take the rock out and scrape the anemone out completely.
The 3rd photo shows zoanthids. Score! Just don't handle them, they can be poisonous. Google Palytoxin.
I'm pretty sure that is a feather duster in the 5th photo, another score.
Rock work looks great!

The 1st photo looks clean the 2nd looks to be a bristle worm.

Should I buy a peppermint shrimp??
not for just one-for an infestation maybe.
just take the rock out and scrape it out (carefully) and rinse with some RODI or saltwater. Then pop it back into the tank :)
How can I eradicate them?
You dont need to. Theyre good cuc members but watch its size. I remove them because Im always working in the tank and I dont want to get stung-it hurts sooooo bad. but theyre great at taking care of fish poo

Should I kill it
Google how to remove it, there are traps you can make or buy. The are a great clean up crew but ugly and sting you. Get rid if them. For the aptasia, they multiply and become annoying peppermint shrimp eat them and so do copper band butterfly's but they eat coral so FYI

Don't buy a peppermint shrimp and don't buy a Berghia Nudibranch. They'll starve out and die since you barely have any aiptasia. Do what was already advised and take out the rock and scrape it...
