Hello, Ive seen these in my tank the past few nights, they’re everywhere. What are they. They are small, thin and have legs.

Copapods and amphipods, both good signs of a healthy tank!
Amphipods, not copepods.
thats what I was thinking but wasnt too sure. they get that big? I did add a bunch of reef nutrition pods months ago but thought they all died
The Reef Nutrition pods are copepods which can be difficult to see (copepods tend to be around 1 mm long). Amphipods grow much larger.

The Reef Nutrition pods are copepods which can be difficult to see (copepods tend to be around 1 mm long). Amphipods grow much larger.
Okay makes sense, I never added amphipods so I automatically thought copepods but i was hesitant because of the size
