I am pretty sure those are gammarid amphipods, not copepods. Amphipods are noticeably larger (5-7mm) than copepods (2-3mm) and are more bug-like or shrimp-like in appearance.Those are copeods and free food for fish and coral

They are still food for fish and corals as well as nice little clean-up crew.
