Hi I’m new to this site could anyone help identify what these are found them today on the back wall of my nano tank don’t know if there good or bad thanks

Those are copeods and free food for fish and coral
Welcome to the R2R community
I am pretty sure those are gammarid amphipods, not copepods. Amphipods are noticeably larger (5-7mm) than copepods (2-3mm) and are more bug-like or shrimp-like in appearance.
They are still food for fish and corals as well as nice little clean-up crew.

They are still food for fish and corals as well as nice little clean-up crew.
Technically they are but on a phone screen, they look like pinheads. . .LOL
