Just curious to what everyone is feeding. I feed nori, romaine, and they eat my frozen. They also pick at the rocks and back glass all day. I am not sure if they like the romaine or nori better. Romaine seems to go quicker

Nori, a couple different kinds of Spirulina flake food and frozen foods such as Emerald Entre & Veggie Delight. This is all in combination with other foods such as NLS pellets, live black worms, live brine shrimp etc.

I'm in the planning stages to set up a display refugium as well. Plan on keeping a mangrove, which I have now planted in a pot, various algaes such as kelp, red gracilaria, and some other ornamental algaes. Few I will also try feeding to the fish

Green, red and purple nori, seaweed extream, Emerald Entre and other frozen foods (brine shrimp, Mysis, Cyclops). Reefers I bought a gourmet grazer called Innovative Marine AUQA, the fish seem to enjoy grazing the nori.

I feed nori I buy at the grocery store. WAY cheaper than fish store nori. My tang and blenny pick at rock and glass as well. They also eat pretty much anything that hits the water though.

I feed Nori, LRS reef frenzy which has some seaweed in it, Hikari mysis, and occasionally frozen blood worms for a treat. My tang will eat some small pieces of chaeto that makes its way in to the tank when I harvest it every few weeks.

Dropped a little gracilaria in the tank today. Foxface and tangs tore it up
