What are you new builds MUST Haves

Off the top of my head:
-- Live rock, even if just "aquacultured" somewhere other than the ocean long enough to be fully encrusted w/coralline.
-- ATO
-- RODI unit but optional depending on price/distance to available RODI water, but you'll get one eventually anyway so...

I mean I’ll get a tank going with just a pump and heater but I really like to have a controller on it to monitor temperature and for ease of maintenance
