What can I use this for?

Hey now. I have this Aquael Multi KANI and I don’t know if I can put this to use in the saltwater tank. I guess I could fill it with Marine Pure balls. It’s basically a canister filter that looks like a media reactor (any difference really?)

If going to use the marine pure balls you could just sit them in your sump or put them in a nylon bag ,possibly if you were going to use bio pellets then I would use the canister. just my opinion, See what others have to say

I’m not using a sump. I’m using a canister and a AquaMaxx 1.5 hob. I didn’t know I’f I could use it for something else. I don’t mind using 2 canisters if it’s gonna make a huge difference, but if not

You can add carbon, teaspoon of GFo and even bio-beads or chemipure which comes in a netted pouch
