Achiles been in the (FOWLR) tank for about 1 month.
Always eating well and for sure being out and about
We did notice some agression behavior to other tank mates (most added all same time) (queen angel..powderblue..puffer..lionfish .trigger..)
All other fish doing good aswell
Last 2-3 days we noticed the color of the Achiles get much lighter though still acting normal
This morning was the time for the weekly 15% water change.
4 hours later he was death....
skin looking white across his body and brown marks across his face.....
what could have caused this?

Often hard to tell from a dead carcass but may have been velvet which they are prone to. You would have seen elevated breathing, lethargic behavior, loss of appetite, Swimming in path of water flow as examples
How do other fish look?

all the fish had been under cupramine for 3 weeks and prazupro twice..
all other fish doing fine
white is not so much a patch or substance on the skin...his skin just got the white patches...looked alot like stress patches but was not aware this can kill a fish can it?
he was definatly still eating agresively and swiming around the tank till about 2-3 hours before he died.

Could the tankmate aggression been more severe than you thought?

This is the eventuality when aggression is unchecked....someone ends up "low man" on the totem pole. 😵

Are (were) they crowded? Is there plenty of live rock?

i think there is yes
when we there earl morning it seems all fish have their respective space and wake up when being fed.
wonder too as if the rock sometimes could be a cause of aggresion?

How frequently was their food in the tank.

Was there vegetable preps

Was Nori available all day?

Achilles have such high metabolisms that they need verh frequent food availability

Even if he was eating well at feeding time, he prolly burned those calories real quick which strips the immune system
