Have had my baby maxima clam for about a year now sitting in it's little cradle. It's about time I start preparing a spot in the tank for it. Looking for ideas of what corals would look nice around it or growing on the clam holder cradle. I was thinking a nice slow growing eye catching zoanthid, or some firework rainbow cloves. Ideas? Thanks!

Clams in the wild grow among SPS or in bare rock. I wonder if there might be toxic war issues with soft corals and clams? I saw beautiful clams in Morea growing on top of table corals and in holes in dead rock reef and occasionally in live massive coral heads (porities?)

@PacificEastAquaculture, any suggestions?

Some clams have a natural ability to dissolve calcium skeletons with the underside of their mantle. I would use caution putting anything that can sting a clam, the mantles are resistant but not impervious to stings. IMO I'd find a spot where the clam can have it's own space.
