It's inflated looks full & happy except the colors, flowing in the current under good light(the corals are ok with it) & the 2 clowns are not beating on it? Any ideas?temps 86 ph 8.26. I know that having some nitrates and phosphates without being out of control helps my chalices color up a lot compared to my friends low nutrient system even though he has way better lights. Not sure if same holds true for nems.

What species of anemone?
How long have you had the anemone?
How long has your tank been set up?
What lights?
What size tank?

Is your temp always at 86*? That is a bit high.
What is your salinity/SG?

Had the anemonea for a week 7 days, running kessil a360's its on the edge of a rock & partially in the sand, I honestly don't know what species I understand it's not supposed to get larger than 8",the tank is about 400g + the sump

Can you get a picture of the anemone?

Do you know what lights it was under? (( shipped or from an LFS? )).

It could be bleaching for some reason, trying to figure that part out.

Lfs bought it's closed up at the moment, try to get a pic of it. Spellcheck is not my friend. it moved to the spot it's in 6 days ago. It's bout 28" directly under the light, which have varying degrees of shade and brightness from 20-90 % .they are on for 10 hrs a day the soft corals near it look like Happy campers...

What kind of lights are you using? Could be that the coral is just reacting to the light intensity differently than before.

Hmmm that's a good question. I feel like they would probably not like it but they would probably get over it. I don't think it would kill them. But definitely see if someone else has any input on this. @cameronh what do you think?
