Little crawly things on back glass

Hello!

Twice now Ive woken up. Turns on the lights and these little white crawling things are on the back glass. They are almost always gone by the time I come back with my coffee. Are these pods of some sort and are OK? Or did I wind up with something not good in there?

Apologies on the video its super hard to get a good video through glass and a bunch of salt water.

I have a 55 gallon FOWLER tank with 3 clown fish, a skunk shrimp and an assortment of snails.

2 of the clownfish were added a little over a week ago after a 30 day quarantine.

Ammonia - 0
Nitrates - 0
Nitrites - 0
PH - 8
Salinity - 35
Temp - 78
Running two filters - a Topfin Large Silenstream and a Seachem Tidal.

Looks to be some kind of pods. Great little cuc members, and also cheap and natural food for your fish

Its hard to tell their scale, but they look like younger amphipods. If not, a type of copepod. Good at helping with the overall biome but also a tasty snack for fish.
