Assuming you have a Pericelis tectivorum worm here (which is what it looks like to me), it would be dangerous to snails for sure, and possibly worms and small crustaceans (like tiny crabs, shrimp, pods, etc.) as well - they shouldn't cause any problems for your fish or corals though.Thank you I just looked this up it is definitely this.
