OK @AZDesertRat , you're such a good salesman for SpectraPure, I though I'd give their DI Resin a run for it's money. The one problem I have is I don't know which one to order??? I went to their DI page and I had a choice of 12 different resins for 10 inch cartridges. So what resin do I need to order. FYi, I currently have only one cartridge running, but have the option of running two. At one point I attempted to run separate Anion and Cation resins, and for some reason it didn't work....so I have a two chambered setup for DI as well.

A little history....I've been regenerating a no-name brand of DI resin for years (maybe about 5 or 6 years) and really have no issue. I get about a year....maybe a little under, out of each cartridge. To the best of my knowledge I have no issues with the water quality. Income TDS is somewhere in the area of 150, and out of the membrane I'm getting between 2 to 1 TDS. I divert the first 4 to 5 minutes of start-up to waste because of breakthrough. I'm still running on the same membrane from when I got this unit in 2007. I make about 75 gallons of DI water per month.

Thanks for your help.

For a single DI either the SilicaBuster or Super SilicaBuster which holds about 30% more resin in a fatter cartridge but still fits standard housings.
For dual DI the MaxCap or Super MaxCap followed by the SilicaBuster.
My softened tap TDS varies between 560 and 850 TDS, RO only TDS is between 2 and 3 and I have a 100G with 30G sump and a 16G nano. I get over a year out of the regular MaxCap and 3+ years out of the regular SilicaBuster.
Last filter change, about 18 months ago I switched to a Super MaxCap but have yet to exhaust my current SilixaBuster so dont have a history on the Super version yet.
I tried the best from BRS, AWI, Buckeye, Resin Depot and a couple others and could only get around 150 gallons out of any of them
Spectrapure blends their own resins and they have told me the reject more shipments than most others combined sell. They are huge in the hydrogen fuel cell production business which requires tons or resin so they really know their stuff. One thing to note, look at one of their cartridges and notice how the resins are layered. It's not your normal mixed bed resin. They say it is done this way to take advantage of pH changes within the resin bed and is one reason they work so well and produce true 18.2 megaohm water.
