Wow - this is hyper-melanization and this guy really got stung. It was either an anemone-euphyllia or elegance coral that will do this.
There is no treatment but will heal on its own as long as fish is smart enough to exercise caution

We only have one anemone and she never goes to it so I don’t think it is that, unless she goes at night to it?

One way to find out is to set your cell phone on video mode for about an hour after lights out and walk away. Come back later and review video and you'll know if its going in there but these are stings
They change pigment but dont believe this is the start of mocha coming in

That is indeed a bad case of hypermelanization. What species of anemone? If the clown doesn’t go into it, it won’t be habituated to it and could get stung at night if it blunders into it.
