I don't think I would trust it. You've already named off hundreds of dollars worth of things you want in the tank. At the same time using the cheapest possible light you can find.no its abi tuna blue 16 chip 23 watt

Noah PLEASE stay away from expert fish which is exactly what dwarf pipefish and seahorses of any size are. Seahorses require extremely clean water and specific foods. They do best in a species type aquarium. You haven't been in saltwater fish long enough to keep expert fish alive.its a 16 chip 23 watt cree bulb and i have 2 of them lol i want to get some high output growlights because all i really want is macroalgae and specimen inverts (feather dusters, scallops, anenome, etc.) i know i can keep tubeworms andmussels and sponges breeding in my tanks in large number under my rocks. all i do is stir my sand occasionally.
The last line in your statement is exactly why you will fail with seahorses!its a 16 chip 23 watt cree bulb and i have 2 of them lol i want to get some high output growlights because all i really want is macroalgae and specimen inverts (feather dusters, scallops, anenome, etc.) i know i can keep tubeworms andmussels and sponges breeding in my tanks in large number under my rocks. all i do is stir my sand occasionally.
