I've been asking myself this same question. I feed Rod's food, LRS, and OVA to my fish. I also have Coral Frenzy, reef bugs, oyster feast, and a slew of other foods that I feed to my corals...they get SOMETHING from my inventory at least 3x per week...oh and I also dose acropower. I'm thinking I should pick a couple of things and alternate.

Let's see if the #reefsquad has anyone who can speak to this question.

I feed my tank a lot of stuff too, but it's more simplified lol. I just feed LRS foods that have a wide variety of different types of food in one package. It's a lot easier for me that way lol

My own recipe, all ground raw (Oysters, squid, white fish, nori, carrots, plankton, clams, vitimarn m, and brine shrimp)
PE mysis,
reefnutrition's oyster feast, roti feast, R.O.E.
vitimarn c
amino acids
I feed nori on the clamp - I purchase the snake size nori for the oriental market of Coast Co. I like the fact the have the snack packs that are individually packaged so the nori does not go stale.
and some times garlic oil in the frozen.

I guess I'm just a slacker based on the posts so far! I feed a cube of mysis, a cube of brine, and a chunk of LRS. Thaw it, throw it in, all pumps running, and it's mass chaos for a minute and a half! Love feeding time.

haha yea I feel lazy too! I only feed one type at a time but it varies.
Ill feed a few days of roe, then few of mysis, then LRS nano, then cyclopeeze. twice a week ill broadcast reef roids. corals get the same food as fish.

If I was a fish I would love your recipe ;)

I take a lot of frozen foods and mix them, then pour into small cube trays I got off amazon. I change it up a little every I make a batch, but I feel like it hits all the food types my fish like every time I feed.

I've usually mix
Mysis
Cyclops
Baby brine
Krill
Chopped squid
A mix of different seaweeds(purple and green)
And add amino acids and some tank water to the mix

Freeze these in the small cube trays and I feed a 2-3 cubes a night. I see everything from tangs to my ornate leopard wrasse tearing it up. I give them NLS pellets about every other day as well.
