What do you think bump?

This is a welso-scoly hybrid that has developed a bump within the last two weeks. The flow and placement hasn’t changed. The background on this coral: the size of the tip of a fingernail when purchased, it has grown into a two mouthed coral. What do you think the bump is?

I don’t know but it’s a pretty coral. The bump looks interesting, doesn’t appear bothered by it.
