What does the VDM / Tunze interface look like? And are there issues running older 6095?

I'm having a little trouble finding what the interface for the VDM looks like. I'm wondering how much I can program the pump via Apex, instead of using a tunze 7090 single controller.

And lastly, I've got some older tunze 6095 i'll be running. I just want to double check if there will be any issues with these running directly to the VDM.

This cable is from Neptune, I have never used an Apex, nor do we test, license or endorse any third party controllers. The cable I have seen is a Ethernet to DIN adapter, usually they support two pumps. To my knowledge the Apex can do pretty much anything that is possible with the pumps. The only limitation is never run a speed between 1-29%. Off is fine as is 30-100%.
