Fuzzy dwarf lionfish has been on the bottom then quickly swam to the surface and floated down like he was dead and turned white, then regained his color but there is plenty of oxygen in the water??

Can be several things such as low oxygen, gill issue, bloating as examples but will need a video using bright white light intensity, no blue lights to clearly see behavior and breathing
