Normally you don't want the mouth of an anemone to hang open like that its stressed or unhappy is my guess..

Could be eating or expelling waste. they do both through the same opening! yuck.

The mouth only looked inflated, not wide open. *most* of the time the mouth will inflate when eating and open up wide when expelling waste or when sick.
