what does this mean?

hey guys anyone know why polyps may open up like this sometimes? i’ve seen a couple do it already and i’m just curious if it’s something to do with flow or light or they’re just having fun?? they do it temporarily

Looks like it might’ve recently had a large meal? Or it could be the the beginning stages of it stretching for light.

ahh ok because i just got them yesterday so i’m acclimating them to the light and he did it for like 10mins then went back to normal! thanks
