In the bottom third of my tank I’m doing a ring of acans and micromussas around my rockwork. What corals can go in between without triggering massive coral warfare?

I’d love to have cyphastrea growing right up to the base of the acans but I don’t think they’ll get along. Any cool ideas? I know it’s not natural but I’m trying to keep things as peaceful as possible.

My Zoas grow with my Blastos but they'll overshadow them and cause some issues that way. As far as warfare, Zoas should work. Maybe even Blastos. I don't know how aggressive Cyphastreas are. My Styloconiella and my Leptos are both more aggressive than my Cyphastreas but most things are more aggressive than Blastos and Micromussa in my experience...

From what I know, Micromussa are not particularly aggressive, so they should be fine with most non-aggressive corals.

(true) Acanthastrea on the other hand are very aggressive and should only be kept with each other (note that lords and bowerbankis are not Acans).
