i currently have jebao cp 90 and it seems like no matter where i put it even with lowest setting its htting from only one side and get blasted not providing those back and fourth gentle flow lps likes. So im looking at other gyre such as reef wave 25, maxspect xf330 or icekap. Will one of those gyre pump be enough gentle flow for red sea 250? Let me know ur experience with gyre pump on red sea 250!

I run a Gyre Glamorca-GPO3 in my RSR 250 and it does the job well. The cycle I run goes between 30-70% over the day. In my RSR 525 I have dual 350s and feel they would be too strong for the 250, but a single 330 may be ok. My tanks are LPS/Softie based.

I might get gyre xf330. I want my pump to be programable with different setting throughout the day.

I have 2 reefwave 45 on my 250. Way ever kill but I like them. I like the adjustability of both ends and I'm able to adjust max forward and backwards flow rates.

You might want to look into getting 1 or 2 Nero 5 or 3 as well.

Will one reefwave 25 enough flow for my red sea 250? I cant afford to buy multiple pumps.

I would think so, I Have a ton of rock in my tank so I thought 2 would be best.

Honestly I would get one and see if it meets your needs or not. You can always get something/add down the road.

I had a 250 Gyre in my Reefer 250 and personally thought it was too much. I ended up getting two Neros. Love them and still using them on my 525XL.
