What happened to my ProfiLux on My GHL?

Just wondering why I’m not seeing the ProfiLux in the app.

Might be a problem with my router, but not sure. Regardless, I need to get it back. Any suggestions?

But - the problem can be in your phone - your phone app is not logged into myGHL

Press the the gear up to left an see if the app is logged in to your myGHL account. If you read - not logged in - log in with help of your e-mail and password

I had not had a chance to look further into your instructions until a little while ago. But when I logged on, I saw Lasse’s response and tried that. I appreciate the help though…and as I said, when you responded, I was in Munich at Oktoberfest so I was in no mental shape to try to figure out any computer related issue at the time!
