what is the black algae on the stone

I have a new sps tank, recently there are a lot of black algae on the stone, what should I do to get rid of it, the sps has very little hair

What are the nutrients (no3 and po4) in the tank? Also, is it easy to remove or really stuck on there?

no3 and po4 are 0, the filter system has a paper winder to remove the garbage
