This can apply to either fish, coral or really anything in your tank haha. I am wanting to know what is that "crown jewel" in your tank. Maybe it is a coral that is vibrant and acts as a centerpiece in your tank. Maybe it is a fish that has a great personality but is also pleasing to look at. Curious to see what everyone says!

in my 15G I love the RFA I have in there. Always cool to see it fold up fast when a chunk of food lands on it. In my 40 Breeder its probably my Flameback Pygmy Angel, love that fish.

Tough question - they are all "crown jewels" really, depending on mood though. However, if I have to force rank and choose one crown jewel, here are mine:
SPS tank: Green Slimer (super fast grower, indestructible, nice growth pattern, color, etc). I do have other "high-end" colorful one but Green Slimer is still my fav.
Mixed tank: branching GSP -- simple, fast grower, colorful. Again, I have other colorful torches, nems, etc but I just like branching GSP!
Nem tank: super tough one, Blue Haddoni during the day, Red Haddoni at night under actinics!
Fish: Achilles Tang. I'm a sucker for a Regal Angel but not reef safe! :(

Genicanthus personatus.

It was a cute fish, not my favorite...

Actually a tang guy, but I think the Bandit Angel was probably my favorite.

The pair of Achilles / Achilles Hybrid was cool.

Also the massive Gem and Black tangs were neat.

The GP has to the crown jewel, just due to what it is.

Love my Sunburst Anthias, both my goniopora and my SPS, but my Lobophyllia is the center piece of my reef

Fish in QT, though the best coral has to be either my pink platygyra, wilsoni or pectinia
