What is the Difference between Apex controllers

What is the difference between ApexEL & Apex controller system. I know the Apex has 2 additional probes to monitor salinity & ORP but is there any else that is different. I just cannot justify the additional cost of $300 for two probes. Thoughts......

With the EL you loose salinity and orp probes. Also the EL does not have the 0-10v port for controlling lighting.

You can always expand on the EL model down the line and add the salinity and orp probes via additional modules if you need too.

The 0-10V ports can also be used to control some variable speed pumps.
Just like the probes, the variable speed ports can be added later as well. :)
