Why orange striped?

I love clownfish.... but the maroon ones seem to be spawns of the devil. They attack humans!!!

Lol my maroons never once bit or attacked me. On the other hand I had a regular clown jump out of the tank to bite me in the forehead. I had clownfish teeth marks on my head. Little demon. She was the worst fish Ive had!!!

It's funny, one man's nightmare is another's dream. I love dottybacks in general and I have a 12" Sohal that while is the boss of the tank isn't picking on anyone really.

That said, the most nightmarish fish I've ever had was a Blackstripe Dottyback (Pseudochromis perspicillatus). I've had a few and they are the meanest fish I've seen. Runner up goes to my hybrid black tang which nearly destroyed my gem tang and the rainbow basslet I had that ate every small fish I had.

Why orange striped?

The orange striped tangs want to be the the leader of the tank fighting all new arrivals. It's one of the largest tangs I have except for my chocolate tang. I have to make sure there is plenty of nori and food in the tank to calm aggression. I've got a mirror on the tank as well and the golden rim fights himself daily.

I was looking at one of the orange stripes for my tank, I want a bristletooth. It was between that one, a white tail, or a tomini

I have a Clown trigger (7'+) two Sohal (10" and 6" in two different tanks) and two Powder Blue (10" and 6" in two different tanks.)

But none of these have been as bad as my little male flame angel that killed every other angel even close to his size and my Darwin Jaw that ate 11 anthias! and a large Oreni Tile!

Bad or me has to be the Flame. Never again.

I think the first additions to the aquarium, sixline and dottyback, might be the worst. I know they make a fuss about everyone and everything, no matter how big they are.
