What is this and how do I get rid of it??

I know this is Dinos and turf algae but is it? I’ve posted multiple treads about it being Dinos but nothing is helping the problem and now I’m questioning if it is Dinos? Also there if turf algae and I’m aware of that. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Looks like a combination of turf and/or hair algae and Cyanobacteria to me. Maybe some diatoms too. Not really seeing dinos.
