They come with different colors like pink or red. Mine was white with purple tips when I got it for my clownfish way back a long time ago.I thought sebae was green?
I thought sebae was green?
Sorry I was meant to saw wasn’t-They come with different colors like pink or red. Mine was white with purple tips when I got it for my clownfish way back a long time ago.
Has to be on a rock. It'll find its place in the tank. Go with low flow until it does, otherwise it gets blown off.Sorry I was meant to saw wasn’t-
Any tips for attaching?
Are sebae not sand dwellers?Has to be on a rock. It'll find its place in the tank. Go with low flow until it does, otherwise it gets blown off.
Sorry if I’m spamming questions at youI think it's just finding its happy place. All anemones move, so this behavior is normal. You can play around with the lighting or the flow to see what makes it happy and stops moving.
Again, all anemones move to find where it is happy in the tank. That makes them interesting to have.
so I shouldn’t be concerned about it being on its side like the last picture after 1 month? Not at all, if the polyps are extended and it does not appear to be melting, it's fine.Sorry if I’m spamming questions at youso I shouldn’t be concerned about it being on its side like the last picture after 1 month?
That’s reassuring- cheers mateNot at all, if the polyps are extended and it does not appear to be melting, it's fine.
Anemones (as most have said) are moody creatures. They are like the cats of the aquarium. They'll do what they do. And you have no control over it.
I'd only be concerned if the polyps are disappearing, bleaching or does not recover when it is upset. For example, my Chicago was upset this morning and appeared to be melting, then it was fine later after lunch.
Oh about the anemone being on it's side-- i updated my answer. Just check your flow. It's probably flowing from the back to the front and that's why it's' faced that way. That’s reassuring- cheers mate
