I guess from what I just read and others have said this happens when they start splitting.

I believe there is another thread on here about it.

It has been asked a few times. Steelheader mentioned what most posters believe it to be.

It has happened on a number of my euphyllia. Always goes away with not problems to coral. Can not say if the division thing is true. Since does not happen every time a head divides. Or we just do not notice since they divide so often we overlook it.

+1 on the division.....unsure of cause but as stated I didn't have that happen everytime either.

Frog Fart! Your feeding him too much sea cabbage. True it is associated with splits but not always. Natural process!
