Bubble coral anomaly

Just notice this morning my bubble coral sudenly have the polyp go inside and out on the mouth part. And stretching up and tur little bit brown on that part
This coral is the one hardy. i have like just sharp skeleton and barely have tissue. But end up the biggest one. Should i worry about or blbubble coral sometime have this anomaly?

Overall that coral looks healthy and colorful, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Corals can do things that are strange to us but normal for them. Its easy for us as hobbyists to think something is wrong when a coral doesn't look perfect as we think it should but the coral is perfectly fine. For now I would not intervene and just monitor to see how it goes. That is a beautiful bubble coral
