Little hairy looking worm. They are normal? Those tiny bristles actually hurt?

Yeah, your average bristleworm is a harmless detritivore. Just don't try to grab one - I hear those bristles hurt like crazy when they stick you!!
(Thankfully, I've not had the pleasure of experiencing that myself so far.)

Ive noticed I actually have at least 10 of these little suckers in the tank, can they overrun the tank, or is it still nothing to worry about?

you have more than 10, you just can't see them ;)

they're fine, they won't overrun your tank. if you have an overabundance of them it usually means you need to re-evaluate your feeding habits..
