I'm with Cment, that is a Rock Flower anemone. It looks like one of the less colorful, shallow water variety. We see these all the time when we snorkel reef flats in the Florida Keys (1' to 5' deep). The crazy colorful RFA's come from deeper water (25' to 50' deep).

I collected this one a few months ago in 2' of water about 2' from shore!

A number of people have now had some success with even breeding RFA's. And there is a lot of other cool info as well.

This is a photo of a bunch of my babies collected on a 2" long branch of dead coral. The 3 bigger ones are about the size of a dime and were 6 months old. All the smaller ones were 1/8th to 1/4th on an inch in diameter and about a month old. The parents are about 3" in diameter.
