I got this coral what is it and now it has this clear crap all over it and now has a bunch of dots all over it what does this mean and what is it

It looks like an extremely grumpy Sinularia to me. Assuming your parameters are within reason and the lighting is sufficient, these corals seem to do well with moderate lighting and moderate to high flow IME. GL.

The dots your seeing are the polyps btw.
