What is this crud and how do I get rid of it ?

I’ve been battling this stuff for ages and it’s doing my head in the only way I can explain it is like white/clear hair algae it grows on the back and front of the glass I remove it and it comes back tired of it! What is it and how do I get rid of it ?

Hard to tell with the deep blue pictures. Try taking a picture under white lights.

lanthanum chloride to control po4, I have a small amount of Cyanobacteria. I also sometimes dose nitrate as it bottoms out. No bacteria or carbon dosing at all.

it sways in the current it’s like ghost hair algae when netted it’s brown in appearance.

No clue as to what that is. If you can clean it off, it may not be an issue.

I do remove it but it just comes back :/

Bump @vetteguy53081 what’s yours dosage guide on brightwells microbacter xlm I’ve upped my cuc but hasnt resolved the issue
