I bought this recently at my LFS. They thought it was some variation of a Scopas Tang, but weren't 100% positive. Whatever it is I love it! What do you all think?

It’s either a Yellow scopas tang or a Tricolor scopas tang

Yellow scopes tang could be very likely. Seeing more of these hybrids pop up. Will know for sure when it gets a bit more age.

There are several scopas hybrid found. Looks like one. Very cool.
Wasn’t one scopas a hybrid gemmatum? For sure are pretty tangs! But to get one that was identified in the LFS as a hybrid yellow… the pricing was already bad, now it’s going to have sky rocketed due to Hawaii’s ban.

I know others say yellow, but from the picture, could be the lighting, it looks like a blonde scopas. Blonde are more creme color then yellow. I'm not sure if it's a hybrid or egrent color but they are pretty if you can be ok with subtle looking.

I have one in my 400g and can take a pic or vid tomorrow if you like. I paid nearly 300 ordering direct from indo last year.
