What is this growing in my cyano? (Microscope pics)

I've been dealing with a dino outbreak but I'm still having some troubles despite the dinos being mostly gone. I took a sample of cyano from the sand to see if the dinos were living in it and it was FULL of this stuff.... Anyone have any idea what they are?

pinnularia that looks similar
Also navicula has some similar shapes.
